When I started doing art parties and events, it was just about the guests having fun and how good you felt afterwards. However, the benefits of painting and drawing go deeper and the expression, ‘art is good for the soul’ is so true.

As a Mental Health First Aider, I am very aware of how people feel and through the power of art and creativity, my aim is to re-energise, promote positivity, relieve stress and enhance creativity. I am passionate about helping people and want to take them on a creative journey of discovery.

Art is a pick-me-up. It’s a chance to escape to a magical world where you can forget your troubles whilst you’re there.
